In our portal "ela-greece.com" (which is legally represented by Stefanis Marketing Consulting GmbH), various providers offer holiday accommodations for reservation. Stefanis Marketing Consulting GmbH acts exclusively as an intermediary for external organized individual services (e.g. hotel accommodation, car rentals, flights) from various organizers (service providers). Stefanis Marketing Consulting GmbH is neither a travel agent within the meaning of §§ 651a et seq. BGB, nor are accommodation services or other related additional services provided by Stefanis Marketing Consulting GmbH itself. A delegation contract is concluded between the customer and Stefanis Marketing Consulting GmbH in accordance with Article 675 of the German Civil Code, which has the appropriate provision of accommodation as its contractual basis. In the case of a reservation, the accommodation contract relating to the service is concluded with the mediation of Stefanis Marketing Consulting GmbH exclusively between the traveler and the respective service provider. Therefore, the following terms apply exclusively to our brokerage activities and do not affect the terms under which travel services are provided through brokerage. In this regard, reference is made to the relevant general terms and conditions of service providers (hotels, homeowners or agents, car rental companies, etc.).
